8. Don’t Explain (Arthur Herzog Jr, Billie Holiday) Billie Holiday is one of my favorite singers. So is the mountain music singer Ralph Stanley. I draw strength and inspiration from these legends, from the city and the mountains. It’s hard to picture them hanging out together, but I do.
